Las Flores #1a is the first and most southerly of a cluster
of pueblo style townhouses built into a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean.Situated
in one of the best residential areas in Nerja, the Burriana Beach is just
5 or 6 minutes quiet walk away and the centre of Nerja is some 15 minutes
stroll or few minutes by car. Newly built in 1999 this 1 BR
apartment has been beautifully furnished and decorated. The principal colour
scheme is white with splashes of bright Mediterranean colour introduced
in the furniture and soft furnishings. There are marble floors throughout. |

a gated garden area and access to the shared pool. Los Pinos is a 5 minutes
stroll to the Burriana beach - Nerja's main beach and a similar length

Chumbera is a small apartment building comprised of just 6-
1 bedroom apartments (flats). It is situated in an elevated location above
the eastern end of the Burriana Beach, about a 25 minute walk to the town
centre. The rural mountain and sea views are spectacular from the terrace
and the salon is a particularily bright and airy room. It is a very rural
setting and perfect for those who prefer quiet, privacy and amazing views. |

Las Palmeras is an attractive block of flats/apartments right
on the edge of the sea but also in the center of town. Located at the end
of of a cul de sac ensures a quiet area but it is only a few moments walk
to the town centre and the beach. The grounds are lovely, have a great
pool and overlook the sparkling Mediterranean. Each of the apartments has
a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony/terrace and are tastefully decorated. |

La Hacienda This is a delightful 1 bedroom apartment in the
south facing flank of La Hacienda. Because of its position there is a sea
view from this apartment.The entire development is built as a rectangular
shape around a tropical garden and pool area which, although somewhat smaller,
can best be described as the shape of a football field orientated north/south.
The entire complex is in an elevated position just 4 or 5 minutes stroll
down the small local roadway to the Burriana beach. |

Calle Lucena This architect designed 1 bedroom apartment
was cleverly created in a self contained part of a large house in Urbanisation
Vinamar. This is a good residential area on the hilly Burriana Beach side
of Nerja. The town centre is about 15 - 20 minutes walk or just a few minutes
by car. The furnishings, decorations and general fittings are
much higher than is usually found in such rental property. |
