apartments. Each has a balcony and there is an elevator in the building.
Located at the end of Carabeo and immediately above the Playa Carabeillo
(beach) it is a favourite for those who like to be close to the action
but in a quiet location. Each of the apartments has a balcony that overlooks
the Sea and the beach. |

Las Palmeras is an attractive block of flats/apartments right
on the edge of the sea but also in the center of town. Located at the end
of of a cul de sac ensures a quiet area but it is only a few moments walk
to the town centre and the beach. The grounds are lovely, have a great
pool and overlook the sparkling Mediterranean. Each of the apartments has
a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony/terrace and are tastefully decorated. |

La Hacienda The entire development is built as a rectangular
shape around a tropical garden and pool area which, although somewhat smaller,
can best be described as the shape of a football field orientated north/south.
Nearly all of the houses are accessed from within the development - from
the inside - and access to them is via a pathway which around the perimeter
of the garden. The entire complex is in an elevated position just 4 or
5 minutes stroll down the small local roadway to the Burriana beach. |

incorporate luxury porcelain and taps. Las Fuentes has one of the
largest swimming pools in Nerja for the exclusive use of guests. This is
in a slightly elevated position, just a few metres from the entrances to

Carabeo 70 & 72 are the top and bottom apartments of a 2
storey converted home. Carabeo is the best street in Nerja. Whilst being
in the center of town and close to everything, it is actually an elevated
position on top of a small cliff. This home is on the south side of the
street and so the terrace and bedrooms look directly out over the sea and
the rugged and spectacular coastline. The view is simply breathtaking and
the ambience is enhanced by the sound of the waves breaking on the small

Nerja and above the eastern end of the Burriana Beach. This is a
horseshoe shaped complex of pueblo style houses set amidst rolling lawns

facing terraces and bougainvillaea growing in abundance. There is a pool

Acapulco This is a bright and airy 5th (top) floor apartment
in a block called Acapulco (No. 32), in one of the best locations in Nerja
being literally just a few minutes to the Burriana Beach and a very pleasant
6 or 7 minute stroll in to the centre of Nerja along Calle Carabeo.
The accommodation is one double bedded room and one twin bedded. There
is cable TV and a washing machine installed. Enjoy the sea air and
incredible view from the balcony and swim in the pool. The furnishings
are more traditional than modern and for the winter months there is a catalytic

part of town, just a few metres from the beautiful Parador Hotel - Nerja's
