Casa Burriana (also known as Litoral #4) is a beautiful ground floor home located in a small and pretty development of 8 homes. It is just 200 yards from the sea at the Burriana Beach, recently voted "The Best Beach of the Costa del Sol", and a 15 minute stroll to the town centre. Completely refurbished and redecorated in 2002, this 2 bedroom home has soft furnishings, cable TV (CNN, CNBC, Eurosport, Sky News, Sky Movies, BBC Prime - all in English), a Zanussi washer it now boasts one full bathroom and one half bathroom (also refurbished).

The accommodation is very spacious and the large and airy salon leads on to a huge sun terrace bedecked with a wonderful array of tropical plants. Vibrant bourganvealea, hibiscus and geraniums grow in abundance. There is an outside dining table and chairs along with recliners to enjoy the warm Mediterranean sun from this south facing patio.

There is a pretty and rural view from here of trees and white Andalucian villas scattered on a far hillside. Despite being almost at the waters edge, there is an 'Alpine' feel to this quiet little cluster of home in their tranquil setting.

The rental prices quoted include beginning and end of rental cleaning, weekly linen and towel laundry, gas, electricity and maintainance. All linens and towels are freshly supplied.

Hi Nick and Jil, We have just got back to the UK from having spent 2 weeks in your wonderful Casa Burriana near Burriana beach. There were four of us - 2 adults, 2 kids - and it was just perfect. Within close walking distance of a beautiful beach (and some excellent beachside restaurants and bars), and set in a very quiet neighbourhood too. Ideal for the kids, ideal for us to relax too. The terrace was fantastic - lovely flowers and plants, plenty of room to soak up the sun, and a dining table in the shade. Inside there was loads of space, two good bedrooms, a well laid-out kitchen and everything you could want from a holiday home. Being a Brit I always look for reasons to complain(!) but on this occasion I cannot find a single reason to, hence the reason for sending you this email.
