built into a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean. The entrance
is from a small and shady private courtyard area. You enter the house on
the 'top' floor where there is a fully fitted luxury kitchen and the main
salon and dining area. There is a circular balcony leading from here where
garden dining furniture is provided. From this balcony there are views
of the Sierra Almijara mountains to the north and the sea to the south.
There are further 'French windows' in the salon all looking out to the
wonderful southerly view over the surrounding area and the sea. There is

One level down there are two double bedrooms. Both of
these bedrooms have full bathrooms ensuite. One bedroom leads on to a south
facing balcony which has the same southerly views as those from the salon
upstairs.

is ideal for soaking up the rays, BBQ's or just admiring the magnificent
view from this 'crow's nest' position.

there is a large suite with twin beds and a lounging area. This suite has
direct access on to a private terrace and leads directly to the pool.
The pool is for the exclusive use of guests at Las Flores townhomes.
The third luxury bathroom is on this level where there
is a spacious corner whirlpool bath.
Newly built in 1999 this house has been beautifully furnished
and decorated. The principal colour scheme is white and there are marble
floors throughout. Flores 5 has a washer, microwave and TV with full Sky TV package including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, C4, Sky Sports and Channel 5.
Situated in one of the best residential areas in Nerja,
the Burriana Beach is just 5 - 7 minute quiet walk away and the centre
of Nerja is some 15 minutes stroll or a few minutes by car.
