La Hacienda 10b in Nerja, Spain

This is a delightful 1 bedroom apartment in
the south facing flank of La Hacienda. Looking at our picture of La Hacienda
above this apartment is in the middle
row of three appearing in the background (above the arched ground floor
balcony). It is just this one side of La Hacienda which incorporates
apartments, the other three sides comprise townhouses. Because of its
position there is a sea view from this apartment.
The entire development is built as a rectangular
shape around a tropical garden and pool area
which, although somewhat smaller, can best be
described as the shape of a football field
orientated north/south.
The entire complex is in an elevated position just 4 or 5 minutes stroll down the small local roadway
to the Burriana beach - Nerja's main beach recently voted "The Best Beach on the Eastern Costa
del Sol".
The centre of Nerja is a 10 - 15 minute stroll away along a quiet residential thoroughfare. There are
numerous bars, restaurants and food shops all within easy walking distance. It is certainly not
essential to have a car at this location, but there is free and unrestricted parking should you decide
to rent one.
