These are independently owned Andalucian style
townhouses as perhaps can be seen from the
website picture. The accommodation in each is
arranged over two floors and the rooms have
views variously of the gardens and pool area, the
sea and the surrounding area.
The entire development is built as a rectangular
shape around a tropical garden and pool area
which, although somewhat smaller, can best be
described as the shape of a football field
orientated north/south. Nearly all of the houses
are accessed from within the development - from
the inside - and access to them is via a pathway which around the perimeter of the garden. This is
reached by the main entrance which leads under an arched area from the roadway into the inner
gardens.
The entire complex is in an elevated position just 4 or 5 minutes stroll down the small local roadway
to the Burriana beach - Nerja's main beach recently voted "The Best Beach on the Eastern Costa
del Sol".
The centre of Nerja is a 10 - 15 minute stroll away along a quiet residential thoroughfare. There are
numerous bars, restaurants and food shops all within easy walking distance. It is certainly not
essential to have a car at this location, but there is free and unrestricted parking should you decide
to rent one.
