A fairly recently constructed development of apartments
just to the west of the Balcon de Europa, the downtown focal point.
These apartments - built in only a 3 storey high block - are in a fabulous
location being on the water's edge, yet only 2 or 3 minutes easy stroll
to the town centre.
We have one apartment on the first floor (#1G) of the west facing block. There is a pretty Moorish courtyard, which features a series of
ornamental running water pools, between the blocks.
The apartment is decorated and nicely furnished and having marble floors throughout. There are 2
bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms in each apartment and the bathrooms incorporate
luxury porcelain and taps. There is a cable TV and the kitchen is fully
fitted, complete with washing machines.
Las Fuentes has one of the largest swimming pools in Nerja for the exclusive
use of guests. This is in a slightly elevated position, just a few metres
from the entrances to each block. The pool is a wonderful place to
relax and play.
