| Las Palmeras 73 - Studio |
 |
 |
This delightful studio is situated on the top floor of Las Palmeras, one of Nerja's premier locations. Located right by the water's edge yet within a few minutes level stroll from the
heart of Nerja, Las Palmeras is a Mecca for visitors seeking clean and bright accommodation combined with breathtaking views and central convenience.
The accommodation comprises the main living room with a galley kitchen and separate full bathroom with a bath tub. the kitchen provides for basic needs and is equipped with a
fridge, two ring cooker and a microwave oven. (There is no conventional oven or washing machine installed here).
There is a TV installed which received Spanish channels as well as CNN News to keep in touch.
The sofa bed converts into a double bed by pulling out the full size draw below the sofa to reveal a bed which when the legs are extended, raises up to the level of the sofa seat
and provides the double base. Pillows are kept in the wardrobe during the day when the bed is simply converted back into a sofa.
Sliding glass windows lead to the balcony where there is a garden table and chairs and awesome views over the Mediterranean to the south east. The water literally laps around
the garden walls of Las Palmeras and there are few more tranquil settings listening to the sea than sitting out here in the still of an evening. |
