The property are entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge is equipped with Sat TV, an CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. As in all of our houses the kitchens are fully fitted with oven, hob, frige freezer, microwave and washing machine and the usual electrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle, etc. Furnishings throughout are of a good standard in a contemporary style. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and it's terrace area.

Facilities: Washing machine - hob and oven - fride freezer - microwave - safe - fans - Sat TV (limited channels) - CD Player - DVD Player - WIFI.

This villa is air conditioned which is included in the price during July and August but charged at 50 euros per week at all other times.(2 units on lower level for bedrooms.)
