Villa Aritza is a detached villa with private pool and gardens, well placed for a family holiday just a short walk from Burriana beach.

Double doors lead to the large living area divided by archways to form a separate dining area which is triple aspect and very light and bright. The main lounge has a further dining table and chairs, feature fireplace and satellite TV. Doors lead to the outside terraces and garden. On the ground floor there is also a shower room and wc. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with ensuites. The master bedroom has double bed, Juliet balcony to the front of the property and doors to a private terrace, principally facing east but with a sea view to the south. The ensuite shower room is totally refurbished and has his & hers washbasins and walk in shower cubicle. Bedrooms two and three have twin beds and patio doors leading to a large upper terrace which faces south and overlooks the garden, pool and on to the sea beyond.
