The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs leads up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, salon/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchens is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine, dishwasher and the usual eletrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle, etc. Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. From the salon/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terace from which there are stunning panoramic views.
