The villa offers the best of locations being a short level stroll through the old quarter of town to the Balcσn de Europa through the many shops bars and restaurants the town of Nerja has to offer. Villa Los Leones is just a few minutes walk from Burriana beach, equidistant on foot from either the hustle and bustle of the Paseo de Burriana or from the quieter town end of the beach at Carabeo. Villa Los Leones is situated in a quiet back street so offers the best of both worlds with convenience and peaceful surroundings.
The villa has secure entry gate and high walls around and is very spacious outdoors with large terrace area around the private pool. The villa also benefits from having one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor are two further bedrooms, the master with large, south facing balcony, double bed and ensuite bathroom with hydro massage bath. A further twin bedroom and full bathroom. The twin bedroom has sufficient space to accommodate 2 extra beds which are available at an additional charge.
Downstairs the ground floor also offers modern, fully fitted kitchen completely equipped for self catering, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV, CD & DVD players. Patio doors lead onto a covered terrace and very large main terrace and pool area where there are sun beds and BBQ. The pool at Villa Los Leones is 7 x 3.5 metres and 1m deep at the shallow end.
Freestanding fans are provided in addition to the ceiling fans. This villa is air conditioned which is included in the price during July and August but charged at 50 euros per week at all other times. (available in the lounge and master bedroom). The villa also benefits from private parking. Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis.
