We are the specialists for independent villa and apartment holidays in Nerja on the Costa del Sol and now in
Tamariu on the Costa Brava. We are British managed but based in Spain to ensure that everything will run as
smoothly as possible for you when you are on holiday. Our webmaster is a Canadian who fell in love with Nerja
back in 1995 and has been helping us bring more and more people to this beautiful town. Through our associates,
we now represent the widest choice of holiday accommodation in Nerja and Tamariu, and their surrounding areas.

Having successfully established our holiday rental business during 1995 in Southern Spain, we started searching for
another very special destination that would offer those unique
holiday ingredients for which we had become known. That place
had to have outstanding natural beauty, no typical 'Costa'
development, beautiful sandy beaches, pretty beach side
apartments and comfortable hillside villas with private pools that
we ourselves would be pleased to call our 'home away from
home' for a few weeks. Now, our search is over and we are
delighted to introduce you to Tamariu, situated about 70 miles
south of the border of France in a tranquil and secluded bay
between the nearby towns of Palafrugel and Begur.
Before you arrive, we make sure that your holiday home is thoroughly cleaned and serviced with fresh linens, and
that everything is as you will hope to find it. You are welcome to bring in your
linens to be exchanged for new ones on request and extra cleaning is available to you @ 14.50 euros per hour if you wish.

Tamariu Information
AIRPORTS
Girona Airport, about 50 kilometres (55 minutes) away is the closest to Tamariu. Currently, RyanAir have several
daily flights there from London Stansted throughout the season and either Skydeals or Gemini Holidays (in the UK
01344 773122) should be able to find charter flights from other UK departure points too.
Perpignan-Rivesaltes Airport Located northwest of Perpignan, 5 Km from the town centre and five minutes from
the A9 motorway is another travel option. It is served by a daily flight from Stanstead with RyanAir and Gemini
Holidays should be able to find charter flights too. It takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes by road from Perpignan
Airport to Tamariu (125Km).
Barcelona Airport, El Prat, is well served by most airlines and is located 10 km south of the centre of Barcelona.
EasyJet has numerous very economical daily
flights to Barcelona. It takes about 2 hours by road from Barcelona Airport to Tamariu (145km).

RESTAURANTS & BARS
Numerous bars and waterside restaurants in the Tamariu/Llanfranc/Aigua Blava area with a wide variety of
delicious Catalan specialities as well as international class cuisine.
FOOD SHOPS
Many small family shops and several provincial supermarkets offering a
world class selection.
BEACHES
The crystal clear water is ideal for swimming and the beautiful sandy beach at Tamariu is the most sheltered on the
Costa Brava. This beach, especially on the right hand side, shelves at a fairly gentle angle. During the season, you
can rent various sailing boats, pedaloes and canoes.
Just 10 minutes away at Llafranc there is another wonderful sandy beach nestling in another gentle bay protected by
rocky outcrops on both sides. This beach is bordered by a pretty and densely tree lined promenade with smart
hotels and quay side cafes and restaurants.
Just a few miles north you will find the Cape of Begur with the beaches of Fornells, Sa Tuna, Sa Riera and the
never to be forgotten scenery of Aigua Blava.
SPORTS
Trekking, hiking, biking, water-skiing, scuba diving, horseback riding and golf nearby, Breathtaking coastal and mountain
walks.
