Stately house, located in a fantastic natural place in front of the sea, in the very heart of the Costa Brava, only 5 minutes, by foot, from the beach of Tamariu though the ronda way. From the private swimming pool and garden you have panoramic views over the sea. The house is totally reformed and have various floors. The ground floor consists of a large lounge, two double bedrooms, bath with shower plate and laundry area. The floor at the level of the street, with air conditioning, consists of a large living-dining room with spectacular views over the sea and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. There is a large fully-equipped kitchen and a courtesy bath. In this same floor there are two double rooms with private bath, a bedroom with shared bath and a master bedroom with private bath. The upper floor consists of a pleasant place to relax and to read. Also there is a decorative spacious apt for diverse uses located in the first floor of the tower.
