Villa 10 Degrees is located in the estate of Aigua Xelida in a very nice and quiet area, close by the acces path to the small bay of Aigua Gelida. 2 Km from the beach of Tamariu.
Very modern Villa with large glass windows with sea view and a fantastic terrace. The access to the 20 metres suspended swiming pool is directly off the terrace. There is also a large garden area.
The villa is laid out as follows: at the front of the house is a large open plan kitchen with dining and living area. The back of the house contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms use raised tatami platforms with futon style mattresses. The upstairs bedroom feature a large double mattress while the two downstairs bedrooms each feature two single mattresses. The ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom contains a bath, walk in shower, large sink and toilet. The downstairs bathroom is similar but only has a shower. Capacity 6 people.
