Hi Nick and Jil,

We have just got back to the UK from having spent 2 weeks in your wonderful Casa Burriana near Burriana beach. There were four of us - 2 adults, 2 kids - and it was just perfect. Within close walking distance of a beautiful beach (and some excellent beachside restaurants and bars), and set in a very quiet neighbourhood Ideal for the kids, ideal for us to relax too.

The terrace was fantastic - lovely flowers and plants, plenty of room to soak up the sun, and a dining table in the shade. Inside there was loads of pace, two good bedrooms, a well laid-out kitchen and everything you could want from a holiday home.

Being a Brit I always look for reasons to complain(!) but on this occasion I cannot find a single reason to hence the reason for sending you this mail.

We will definitely use Casa Burriana again, and we would love to hear about Inter-Sol's other properties of a similar quality and style.

Hola - God I can't believe I'm sitting here in my office again! The villa was absolutely stunning. For what it's worth, I started crying as soon as we walked down the stairs into the pool area - my first thought; The Great Gatsby, my second thought; when are our parents coming home!!!!

We had a fantastic time, became very good friends with Hugo at El Gato Negra - our favourite haunt and adored Carmen and Andreas who adorned us with a bottle of champagne upon arriving in celebration of our la luna de miel (you figure it out!!).

Thank you for coordinating everything at the last moment re the final payment. I already have 2 interested couples here at adidas for whom I am providing your e-mail address/Intersol Nerja.

Incidentally, Mark and I are planning a trip to Italy next September (1999). Does Intersol let any villas with private pool etc. in the Tuscany area - close to Firenze? Please let me know asap.

A little late in the day, but thought I would let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Carabeo 70 in August. The accommodation was perfect and given the instant seal of approval by the two thirteen year olds who were with us! The weather was blisteringly hot as expected and because of this, my one request for the future would be a fan for the second bedroom - I resorted to a couple of nights sleeping in the relative cool of the roof terrace! Hi Jil,

We had a wonderful time in Nerja. The villa was great and we loved the town. We ate in many of your recommended restaurants and had mostly good food.

As we were eating in Gato Negro a nice looking young man came to our table and said, "Is there by chance a person named Judi Connolly here?" That freaked me out! Then he mentioned my new granddaughter and I realized it was Nick. (I had heard his name mentioned in e-mail responses to you.) I was happy to meet him. I'm sure he has told you this story....

We liked Granada, Sevilla, Barcelona and Madrid but our favorite was Nerja. Paul and I will return again and will talk to you about an apartment.

Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed Nerja. It was a lovely vacation. Sorry we did not run into you again, thought we would. We liked the place so much we did not leave to go anywhere!
We tried several of the restaurants you recommended, they were very good, and found a few on our own we enjoyed. For a light lunch, the place in front of our apartment was fine and reasonable, and there was a really good place for brakfast closer to the Hotel Monica. Cabrero 34..was WONDERFUL! There was a good Chinese we tried, twice in fact and the owners were sooooo nice! We found most everyone to be nice.
We were quite satisfied with our apartment it was very nicely furnished and clean.

We would highly recommend your company and feel free to use us as references, or any part of this letter. Everything you said would be done was done, and everything was where it should be...we were happy, and we will be back.

At last I have time to get in touch after mowing the lawn, sweeping the driveway and restocking the freezer, fridge & larder after the depletion of all signs of food following a 2 week raid by our 27 year old son! 

We would just like to reaffirm our comments of praise to you for the way we in which we have been looked after from beginning to end. All truly professional and friendly. Now that we have had a taste, could you at some stage let us have details (graphic if poss) of the other accommodation we discussed in Carabeo,(not that we were at all dissatisfied with Acapulco Playa and would be happy to return in the future) but its nice to experience others. The time we are interested in is the first half of October, Also access details to your other web sites so we can sit and drool. Once again, nice to have met you personally and look forward to many future associations.

We have enjoyed our holiday very much and have been very content with your service. All has worked well: with the car, the really lovely house and the splendid weather. As every year we also have seen San Isidro. And as the child is a little bit elder now we could make some longer excursions. We only regrettet that our flight for departure was going in the morning and not in the evening as we had expected. So we had to leave some hours earlier. 

By the way: have you got besides some other possible destinations for holiday in your program. Or is it just Nerja? We really like your kind service and the perfect organisation and would like to book holidays further on with you, also when we change the journey, although we like Nerja very much.

My wife, child & I were in Nerja's Bajamar May 22-29, and then we continued our time off with family on the USA's East coast. We attended a wedding there, where my daughter was the flower girl. Despite all these happy events, the quiet, luminous and relaxing time in Nerja is the highlight of our vacation. Certainly, it will last us a whole year of every day grind.

As a matter of fact, we liked Nerja so much that we're wondering if you have any suggestions to purchase a townhouse or the like in that area (Nerja/Frigiliana).

Anyhow, we wondered what you have available for next August 2000?

What we would be looking for is 3 bedrooms with a private pool and barbecue - do you have anything like this? - and what would be good, though maybe a tall order, is some air conditioning - Phew was it hot!!

Just to let you know that today I posted the cheque for the deposit. (ref 4LIT415)

It's amazing in life that people very often say "we really enjoyed that, we must do it again sometime" and people very rarely ever do. I cannot count the number of times I've been to a place, a restaurant, watched a film, etc. and vowed to do it again but the reality is that I have seldom followed up on that intention. So you can be flattered that we have indeed decided to re-visit somewhere for a second time; in my email that is on the web page I think I said I would return to Casa Burriana but actually I doubted whether I would. But we have decided to because it is great accommodation, it is a safe bet for the two kids, we loved Nerja, and it was available for the 2 weeks that we required it!

So we look forward to "doing it again" next year. Make sure you keep that booking for us won't you!

We were one of the group who stayed at Villa Aritza last year about this time. We met you at El Gato Negro one night. I am the one with the new grandchild (who is now one year old and the love of our lives.)

We are leaving Tuesday for a two week holiday at 70 Carabeo. This year we are leaving the loud Italians home. HA! We are so excited because this location must be one of the coolest in town.

If you are in Nerja during the time we are there, leave us a note and we will meet you somewhere and buy you a drink. We were hoping that Jil would be in Nerja while we were there...maybe next time. She is such a love; I have recommended her and your company to many people.
