to Nerja's Burriana Beach, Verano Azul is a pretty cluster of Adalucian style
townhomes and apartments set amidst tropical gardens and flower bedecked walkways.

We have a lovely 2 bedroom two storey townhouse style home available that is nicely appointed. There is one full bathroom and one WC plus satellite TV with BBC & SKY and a DVD player, a washer, iron and a south facing balcony off the master bedroom. There is also a lovely, private walled garden off the livingroom.
The Burriana Beach, Nerja's main beach and recently voted "The Best
Beach on the Eastern Costa del Sol" is just about 6 or 7 minutes walk downhill
and the Balcon de Europa, the centre of Nerja is about 15 minutes pleasant
and quiet stroll away. Both the beach and the town centre are just minutes
away by car. A car is of benefit here as the walk back from the beach is uphill, however,
it is at the level of the main town and so restaurants and grocery stores are easily accessed.
