It is situated in the most sought after building due its excellent location being just on the edge of Nerja town and a five minute easy walk to the centre. This beautiful apartment also benefits from a Mediterranean view and when the sun sets on yet another wonderful day, there is no better place to be!
There is double bedroom & one twin bedroom and while the double overlooks the sea, other bedroom overlooks the swimming pool.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and large grill, toaster, cutlery, crockery etc. In the spacious salon, there is Sky TV, CD player and radio and the dining furniture is a lovely cane.
The swimming pool is located in the privately owned communal garden which is kept to the highest standard.
