of a pretty cul-de sac in the best residential location in Nerja.
It is in the Chimenea area on the cliff top over the Burriana Beach and
has wonderfully elevated views over the ocean. The interior is traditional
rather than contemporary and it is very practical.
All the accommodation is on one floor, the ground floor
is split level and there are panoramic views from the garden and terrace.
There is a private pool and all amenities. The fact that there is no staircase
at all may be a benefit with the children!
The Burriana Beach below is about 10 minutes on foot and
the centre of Nerja is about 20 minutes. Nevertheless, returning to this
house from anywhere on foot entails an uphill climb towards the end so
a car is desirable."
